Item Description:

This gorgeous little owl sits about 7 cm tall looks at the world with curious and mischievous black eyes. It sports some of my best quality furs with frosted tips and realistic colors. This owl has a taupe colored body with lighter tips, giving it a beautiful frosted appearance. The fur on the belly is grey at the base with white tips. The face is covered by white, dense fur and has a wee little brown beak nested in its centre. Hidden somewhere among the fluff on the top of the head is a silk loop, which allows for easy hanging.

Materials, production and dispatch:

This plush will be made in an environment free of cigarette smoke and perfume, but not entirely pet free as I have a cat.

Body and belly will be made from incredibly soft fashion grade faux fur with a pile length of 25 mm and 20 mm respectively. The face will be made from dense faux fur with a pile length of 5 mm. These lengths, combined with the tiny size, make for a very cute and fluffy owl. Faux suede, a fabric resembling brushed leather, is to be used for the beak. The eyes are made of dark glass and measure about 7 mm across. They will be inserted with embedded wire loops and therefore are NOT safety eyes. The body will be fairly firmly stuffed with polyester filling.

Usually I'm able to finish a plush like this within 1-2 days upon receiving the order, but I may need longer, depending on how busy I am at the time of the order. Once finished the plush will be shipped within 2 workdays.

Usage:

This plush is best used as an ornamental piece for indoors decoration purposes. It is not suitable as a toy and should be kept away from young children and pets at all times. It can be used for play with older children if handled gently. Keep in mind though, that this is an artist doll. It is a work of art and not a toy. The plush can't be washed if it gets dirty and may easily get damaged.
