Charity plushies. The purchase price of these plushies will be donated to Tøstrup Kattehjem. 

These plushies will be remade upon order. They do not yet exist. 

Color change. The dark blue fur will be replaced with black fur.

Item Description:

This duo of handmade owl plushies sit about 6,5cm tall and have spherical bodies. They are made from soft rabbit style faux fur and sport colorful bodies. The faces are white and fuzzy, with tiny grey beaks nested in their center and black eyes. Silk loops are hidden somewhere among the fluff on the top of the heads, allowing for easy hanging.

Made for charity:

These plushies are made for charity. This means that I will donate their collective purchase price of 500 DKK to our local cat shelter Tøstrup Kattehjem. This translates into a donation of roughly $70. You will receive a digital copy of the donation receipt.

Materials, production and dispatch:

These plushies will be remade in an environment free of cigarette smoke and perfume, but not entirely pet free as I have cats.

The body and belly will be made from soft rabbit style faux fur with a pile length of 10 mm. Minky type fabric with a pile length of around 5 mm will be used for the face. The beak will be made from synthetic suede, a fabric that resembles brushed leather and has a soft feel to it. The eyes are plastic safety eyes and measure 7 mm across. Polyester filling will be used for stuffing.

Usage:

These plushies are best used as ornamental pieces for indoors decoration purposes. They are not suitable as toys and should be kept away from young children and pets at all times. Although they may look like regular toys, they are artist made plushies. They can not be washed if they get dirty and may easily get damaged.
